How to create your life to be more Feng Shui? Well, Feng Shui means a system of laws to govern the partial arrangement and orientation in relation to flow of energy. Another definition is a system of positing objects or things within a space to bring more happiness and health.
Majority of the time, we think of Feng Shui as redecoration your home, to create a space for your mind to flow. In this post, we are going to look at Feng Shui as a lifestyle, and not only a physical place where things are clear of clutter. Today, I decided to skip over my expertise in interior decorating and look into how it can be implemented in your own life. How can you create a ‘Feng Shui’ in your mindset, your reality or life to be beneficial to you?
As humans, we are use to the program of structure and to-do list which causes our minds to think its only ‘one way’ to get something done. As the old folks use to say ‘it’s more to skin the cat.’ Our thoughts are the foundation where we produce or reintroduce energy. Energy is a real deal. Our thoughts have an impact on our reality, due to perception, emotions, or decision making. Visualizing positive outcomes can create more serenity, by reducing anxiety and worrying. An example, let’s say you have a messy room and while you can look at it as terror of all the clothes you have to organize. You can visualize a more positive outcome of how refreshing it will feel when it’s all behind you. A little motivation can’t hurt anyone, right? Now, let’s look into some elements of Feng Shui and how you can incorporate it into your mindset, reality, and decision making.
Elements of Feng Shui:
- Balance: Having a clean and declutter space in your home will always create a place of harmony. However, how does this apply to you? When you feel unbalanced, taking the time to step back to resonate with what you’re feeling and what you need to do for yourself – can allow that energy to flow again. Focusing on your own needs to find that balance will help alleviate stress and tension, along with eliminating any blockages you’re experiencing. Many times you may feel a certain emotion, but can’t pinpoint exactly where it’s coming from or why. During those times, is when you take a step back to cater to your well-being and to evaluate with curiosity instead of fear.
- Mood Boost: We all love being in a good mood and can physically see how keeping your space clean can contribute to it. Wisdom in your daily life will guide you to alignment, with who you are and what you need. When you incorporate a mindset to always be able to see past the challenges, obstacles, long days by realigning to the joy and happiness that’s already within you. Most importantly, this requires you to trust God and remembering all that’s within you is already destined for your greatness. Yes, it is a lot easier said than done. However, we are all here to evolve and grow to become the best versions of ourselves which depends on becoming a master of self.
- Eliminate Negativity: Listen, when you feel balanced, whole and joyful – any negativity bounces right off you like water. There will be times when life feels like an overload, but remembering that a temporary feeling is not worth investing your energy into for your future. Look at the vision that’s ahead of you, when you don’t invite negativity – it’s removed from your space and that’s when miracles happen. Create your lifestyle to be more hopeful and have optimism, not in stagnancy or fear. Create those boundaries for yourself and hold yourself to a standard. Therefore, it will be easier for you to discern what exactly is coming to you and apply wisdom for the next steps.
- Attract: When you feel good, good things come to you. When I was growing up, I was constantly told that you never dress like how you feel. That mindset lead me to realize at an early age that when you’re aligned properly, it rewires your neurons to receive all the good you desire. The flow of energy is a source of God, filled with positivity, light, love, and so many other attributes. When you have a flow of positive energy, use that time to set clear intensions of what you need or want. As you continue to develop this attribute, things will come to you much quicker. Abudance comes easily when you believe. Lastly, healthy mindset leads to healthy body, mind and soul. The simple things to implement into your life can make the world a difference.
