“I’ve written to warn you about those who are trying to deceive you. But they’re no match for what is embedded deeply within you—Christ’s anointing, no less! You don’t need any of their so-called teaching. Christ’s anointing teaches you the truth on everything you need to know about yourself and him, uncontaminated by a single lie. Live deeply in what you were taught” – 1 John 2:27
I want to take a moment to thank the Beloved Spirit of God and the Divinity for dropping this onto my heart to share what I discovered from it. 1 John 2:27 highlights truth about inner strength and the guidance that you must possess through your anointing. The sufficiency of God’s presence is within us for those who dwell in the presence, which provides all the wisdom and understanding you need for life. The takeaway message from the scripture is this: There will be many external voices and teachings that seek to deceive, but the anointing of those who faith is unshakable and has a solid foundation will forever uphold the truth.
In a world full of conflict, voices, and distortion or false truth. It is time to be encourages to not sway based on external influences. Instead, call anything in the darkness with the truth. The spiritual message here is that, the spirit of God operates within us to reveal the truth. It’s not intellectual knowledge, but deep understanding that leads to transformation. When you set your heart onto the Divine, you will embody all truth, safeguarding from deception. It will help everyone see themselves clearly in the light of who God says they are not, based on worldly definitions or distorted perceptions.
Emotionally, it is for comfort and reassurance. The world is filled with uncertainty and noise of conflicts, but you have to able to navigate life alone or be constantly vulnerable to external forces. The truth of who everyone is, is already planted deep within. Just make sure you clean around your own doorstep before you try to come onto anyone else’s. The inner security that you are spiritually being guided by an infallible source – invites peace in the face of chaos and confusion that can be easily overwhelming.
What to do next? Live life deeply in what you were taught both spiritual and emotional, that dwells in the truth. Continue your pursuit in your nurturing and growing the understanding of the presence of God within. One-time encounter is not going to cut it, but the transformation of all aspects of your life – thoughts, emotions, and actions will encourage you to proceed. When you develop a strong relationship with God you are not encouraged of the truth intellectually, but allowing it to shape your identity and your response (character) to the world around you.
Live deeply in truth, confidence and integrity, knowing that you are anchored in love and guidance.
